SOLUTION

As time, the use of electricity is bound to increase more and more in our country. We require a number of eletrical engineers and technicians. His Majesty's Government should establish some institutees for providing traning for such technicians. In kathmandu, there are only two technical schools which offer a certificate course in electrical engineering. Due to lack of education facilities on this field there is lack of skilled manpower in our country.So, the government should try to provide proper education facilities and try to encourage people to take part in this field.Many young and skilled manpower of our country are leaving their homeland in search of employment due to which there is lack of manpower in our country.So government should focus on providing proper eployment facilities in our country.If skilled education and employment facilities are provided properly by the government then automatically there will be production of required manpower.As a result there will be progess and development in this field as well as in the country.

CONDITION OF ELECTRICITY IN NEPAL

Electricity has been used extensively in many countries.But in the context of Nepal it is still in initial stage.Electricity facilities is available only in few places of Nepal. So, the condition of electricity is still poor in Nepal.Though our country has many fast flowing rivers,our country have not been able to generate electricity properly. There are some big hydroelectricity projects that are under construction . Devighat,the Gandaki,Sunkoshi,the Kulekhani and Trishuli projects are some of them. These projects are financed by other countries.Due to lack of investment and skilled manpower our country has not been able to carryon hydroelectricity projects.There is lack of electricity in many places of our country so,the government should look after this projects properly and should provide proper electricity facilities in every corner of our country.

DEMAND

Today the world has developed a lot. Industries,infrastructWeb Directory Australiaures,buildings and technology has been developed.But to run these sectors electricity plays a vital role .Without electricity these sectors cant run smoothly and properly.This way the demand of electricity is high throughout the world.In Nepal the demand is high but the production is low so people are having problem .

DISADVANTAGES

Actually there is no such disadvantage of electricity,but it is a dangerous thing if we dont have knowledge of handling it. If a innocent and ignorant person try to handle it then it may lead to great loss and damage.Electricity requires skill and knowledge to use it properly.So it should only be handled by a skilled and authorised person

ADVANTAGE

It gives light in the darknes .It is helpful to run industries and vehicles .It is also one of infrastucters for development .It helps in our daily personal uses .The devices like rice cooker , iron computers ,T.V. etc can run only with the help of electricity .It also helps people to got employment . Even the important offices use computers which needs elctricity to run it .Schools , banks , hospitals ,use 1electricity .So ,electricity is very important in our daily life as well as other important sectors .Communication and transportation also need electricity .So the importance of electricity is being very much essential nowdays .

Electricity has many uses. It gives us heat,light, and power. We use heaters in winter. we use electric stoves to cook our food. Electricity also gives us light in our houses.We use electricity to run trains and work machines and printing presses.We use electric fans to keep ourself cool.Streets are lit by electricity.Electricity is used to work lifts.Our telephones and radios are worked by electricity.Telegraphic messages are sent with the help of electricity. This way electricity has great number of use..

HOW ELECTRIC CURRENT CONDUCTED

All electric currents consist of charges in motion. However,electric current is conducted differently in solids,gases and flow is in one direction only,because the current is carried entirely by electrons. In liquids and gases ,however,a two directional flow is made possible by the process of ionization.
